200 hour Vinyasa Prana Flow Yoga Teacher Training

Prepares and certifies instructors to lead safe, effective group and community classes for diverse populations, as well as work with individuals privately. This is an opportunity to discover all eight limbs of Hatha yoga in the Krishnamacharya lineage, to deepen and add dimension to your own practice and help others do the same. Beginning February 19, 2020, 5-7 am every Wednesday, concluding December 20, 2020 (plus several Saturdays over the course of the year). The cost of the program is $2500. Payment options are available, sliding scale and work trade are possible. No one turned away for lack of funds.

Teaching Beginners and Multi-Level Classes February 22, 2020 10am-3pm

Amy Schwartz Potter presents a workshop designed to help yoga teachers develop abilities to present yoga to a diverse population and make a class that is accessible to everyone, using careful sequencing and props. There will be a practice to enjoy together, then workshop to follow. Come prepared to move!


Chair Yoga March 21, 2020 10am-3pm

Francis Strickler leads this workshop on how to design, sequence and cue a class that people can do without getting on the floor. Modifications for various physical challenges and healing scenarios will be presented, including rehabilitating post surgery, joint replacement, and making yoga accessible in an office setting. The chair proves to be a valuable tool to make traditional yoga poses accessible in any body.


Somatic Yoga June 20, 2020 9am-4pm

Lloyd Robison focuses on building awareness of the subtle body, interoception. With more awareness, better relationships can be formed between moving parts of a whole yoga body. The result is that movement becomes smoother and more graceful, and deep healing is allowed to occur.


Kids Yoga April 18, 2020 9am-4pm

Laura Burgin knows how to make yoga accessible and fun for children. There are so many benefits! Kids can have better relationships with their bodies, learn to manage stress at an early age, and build self worth. Learn how you can do it too!
