Gentle Yoga is adaptable to anyone. Bring injuries and find ways to adapt and rehabilitate them. You are building flexible strength, aligning your breath to movement, managing stress.

Level 1: New to yoga, or back for a tune-up. Learning how to use blocks and straps, finding your yoga.

Level 2: Ready to advance your practice. Probably established a home practice coming to class for a challenge or to learn new flows to take home and practice.

Understands what adaptations help your practice. Sometimes you skip things and know how to use props.

Level 3: Recommended for students with 12 months or so of consistent practice. Not suitable for beginners.
