Yoga asana is adaptable to anyone. Bring injuries and find ways to adapt and rehabilitate them. You are building flexible strength, aligning your breath to movement, and managing effects of stress and injuries.
Our instructors have a solid background in all eight limbs of yoga, and also incorporate elements of other arts to unlock the potential of the human body to move, heal, work, and play.
Expect elements of yoga, qigong, karate, and especially the subtle art of movement re-coding in all of our classes.
